• Our 90% Refundable Plan helps you to protect your investment. You may choose this option if you are looking to preserve your estate or these funds would be available to you if you decide to move at a later date.
• A 40% Refundable Plan will reduce your move in cost and protect a large portion of your Entrance Fee.
• To further reduce your Entrance Fee, you may be interested in taking advantage of the 20% Refundable Plan or
• Our NEW 0% Plan.

A benefit with all of our Refundable Plans is they allow you to utilize the refund as a line of credit in the Health Care Center, plus these plans offer University Village’s Life Care Benefits. This includes a lifetime financial guarantee, so that if an unforeseen financial crisis were to arise, you would never lose your home or your care. If your health care needs change for a month, a day, or a year you will have guaranteed access to our health care center at discounted rates.
