Tim Parker, University Village’s Executive Director explains, “Residents have crafted a unique culture here. They have made it what it is today. The participative management at University Village is built on trust and respect. Our Town Hall meetings are lively, fun and well attended.”
University Village is very proud of their Resident Board and committees including: Activities, Finance, Food Services, Friendship, Health Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security & Fire Safety, and the University Village Scholarship Committee. The Listening Groups represent Activities and Transportation, Food Services, Health Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance & Grounds, plus Reception & Security. The Friends of Marketing meet and greet visitors and prospective residents.
