“After attending a December Performing Arts Center show with a friend and resident of University Village, I saw the Villas for the first time. The University Village transportation bus took the Villa residents to their homes first. In the evening stillness, the street lights, sidewalks and holiday decorations created the ambiance of a small English village. I knew then a Villa home was for me!

My joy is my backyard gardening just outside of my enclosed Lanai. I outlined the plant area in brick and I plant colorful annuals in the spring and fall. My pink, rose and white oleander blossoms brighten my view as I look at the neighboring park.   The Shape Up classes here keep me limber so I can keep up with my gardening! I also take advantage of having workout equipment right here in the Villa’s Community Center.

I love my new neighborhood and my daughter is also delighted that I chose University Village!”
