Your new home at University Village awaits your personalized touch and our Customer Service Manager, is ready to assist you. Whatever your décor or favorite motif you can select new carpet, pick out window blinds, and choose the wallpaper for your kitchen and bathroom. Our Customer Service Manager will even help measure furniture so you can visualize just where the important furnishings will be placed.
Not sure where to start? Not to worry, University Village will provide a handy list of “Things to Do Before and on Move-in Day.” It covers important things to remember such as which companies to notify: post office, newspaper, telephone, and homeowner’s insurance. If you need to change your driver’s license address, a form is provided that you can mail to Tallahassee.
University Village can recommend several moving companies that know our community well and have provided outstanding service to our other residents. Our Move-in Coordinators will be with you on move-in day to get you acclimated and lend a helping hand.
Move-in day lunch will be provided and delivered for friends or family that might be assisting with unpacking. Room service will deliver your dinner choice.
