All Utilities Provided –you can control your own personal comfort and environment: heat and air conditioning controls in each residence. Water and sewer, pest control, trash, and cable TV are also included.
Weekly Housekeeping and Linen Service – University Village Housekeeping will perform all major housekeeping chores . . .we even do your windows! Bed and bath linens are furnished and laundered weekly for our apartment and villas senior communities. We take care of the chores so you can enjoy the luxuries of our senior living community.
Transportation – University Village offers chauffeured transportation for the times when you may not feel like driving, and for the times when you may want to travel with a group of friends . . . a round of golf or perhaps the symphony. Our senior retirement community provides scheduled weekly excursions to transport residents to area grocery and super stores.
Maintenance and Security – from mowing the grounds to changing your light bulb we pride ourselves on taking care of your senior retirement community and your home. Our gated entry and security guards offer you safety and security 24-hours a day.
Emergency Medical Assistance – trained professionals are on staff 24-hours a day. A personal response system is installed in each home. By choosing University Village as your senior retirement community, we are committed to providing you and your loved ones with peace of mind.
Parking and Storage – reserved/assigned parking for each residence and climate controlled storage units are available. Residents who select apartment living may request covered parking for an additional monthly fee.
